All items will be delivered by a reputable national courier service or dedicated roadside pallet company Monday to Friday.

As standard, we offer a FREE delivery service however there is a small surcharge for next day delivery (Please check delivery options in the product page). Next day and 48 hour deliveries (Mon-Fri) will apply to orders placed before 11am.

For standard deliveries, please add 2 extra days for orders made after 11am Thursday to take into account the weekend.

For urgent delivery deadlines, please inform us directly by telephone or email to ensure your order reaches you on time.

If you submit a mobile telephone number during the order process you will receive tracking updates from the courier company regaridng your delivery schedule. Tracking is unavailable for certain towel rails (FEDEX) and Comfort Control electric radiator when a dedicated pallet company is used.

All deliveries must be checked thoroughly upon delivery to ensure that the correct item has been received and that there is no damage. If required please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange prompt delivery of a replacement item. Best Electric does not accept liability for additional costs occurred following the delivery of a defective or incorrect product such as installation or any modifications to the product.

We recommend that you take receipt of the goods prior to arranging installation to take account any unforeseen delays in delivery.

Deliveries to northern Scotland may take 1-2 days longer and may require a small surcharge.

Please note we do not offer compensation for any late or damaged items carried out by 3rd party courier companies.

Please note that due to the weight of the Comfort Control Oil and Comfort Control Ceramic electric radiators, we often use a dedicated pallet service to avoid damage in transit. As a result, your order will be delivered on a pallet and you will need to remove the radiators from the pallet and bring them into your property. Pallet services deliver between 9-5pm however they do not offer a 1 hour delivery slot.
