  • It is important you check your order carefully on receipt. Although all precautions are taken to avoid damage in transit, accidents can happen and must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, as we cannot process claims with the courier company outside of this period.  If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt then please contact us on 01423 733000 or email [email protected].  Please explain in detail the nature of the damage and we will process your claim promptly.
  • We will check all items returned and in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses.
  • A surcharge of £15 will be added for failed courier collections due to the product not being available when the courier arrives at the collection address.
  • We can not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect usage of the product.  This also includes factors such as power surges, pets, smoke & other local effects out of our control.
  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (minus any courier fees).  All orders must be returned in full within 30 days of receipt including all undamaged original packaging and box prior to receiving a refund.  Return fees are covered by the purchaser.
