Returns & Replacements

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt then please contact us directly on 01423 733000 or email [email protected].  Please explain in detail the nature of the damage and we will process your claim promptly.
  • We will check all items returned and in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses.
  • We can not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect usage of the product.  This also includes factors such as a power surges, pets, smoke & other local effects out of our control.
  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  All orders must be returned in full within 30 days of receipt including all undamaged original packaging and box prior to receiving a refund.
