All our electric radiators & electric towel rails include a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty on the radiator body.
All costs arising from any damage caused by incorrect usage, transport, electrical supply are not covered by this guarantee, nor is any malicious damage. This includes noise generation issues caused by under specification or damage caused by covering the radiator with an item of clothing or material or any external atmospheric influence such as smoking or candle burning.
Our products are made to very high standards so we expect many years of happy use well beyond the warranty. However if you do experience a problem with your product then please contact us stating your full name, address, telephone number and email address and we will contact you to discuss a repair service or exchange. Repair services are provided to all products 30 days after the purchase date.
